Sr Customer Success Admin - EMEA
We are seeking a NGS Customer Administrator to join our dynamic sales ISS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with quotation writing, and prospecting new clients. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process and the growth of our customer base.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administrative Assistance:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining organized records.
- Help in preparing documentation (i.e.: commercial invoice, packing slips) or extract relevant documents to share with customer (i.e. CoA, SDS, manifests)
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Customer master data clean-up (EMEA academics - i.e. VAT)
- Quotation Writing:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate and compelling quotations for potential clients.
- Ensure that quotations are tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
- Maintain a database of standard pricing and product information for reference in quotations.
- Research and identify potential clients through various sources, including online databases, industry publications, and social media.
- Create and maintain a list of prospective clients and contact information for follow-up.
- Assist in preparing and sending introductory materials to prospective clients.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with the sales team, providing them with necessary support to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and Global Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Utilize CRM software to manage client and prospect information, document interactions, and track the sales pipeline.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to monitor sales performance and trends.

- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- 1-2 years previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
