We are growing our footprint with leading health systems, clinical research organizations, academic medical centers, and more who are looking to deliver clinical-grade, convenient diagnostic tests to their patients. Role Overview: We seek a versatile and skilled individual to serve as a Salesforce Developer & Sales Operations Associate reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. In this role you will maintain our VisualForce and AppExchange pages on the Salesforce platform. While Apex is the proprietary language of the platform, we also expect candidates to be familiar with Java, JavaScript, and HTML. In this role, you will ensure the optimal performance of our Salesforce systems while also providing essential support to our sales team, contributing to the efficiency and success of our commercial operations. Responsibilities:
  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Resolve user issues and address inquiries promptly
  • Gather stakeholders' requirements to contribute to system improvements and create support documentation, such as process mapping.
  • Facilitate user training and create training materials
  • Provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
  • Performs internal and external sales support activities, including customer onboarding, contract order processing, order entry, and customer service support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the company.
Requirements And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Experience of 3-years with the Lightning framework, Apex , Visualforce, Java
  • Advanced Salesforce Developer and or Advanced Administrator certification
  • Strong administration and maintenance skills for Salesforce systems
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce IDE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sales Operations experience, preferably in a B2B context
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
