ROLE PURPOSE
The Delivery Training Lead is a role within the Operational Excellence team, responsible for delivering a range of engaging learning content within the Global Operations matrix utilizing adult learning principles and managing learning logistics related to function specific learning. The role is global in scope but is focused on specific sub-functions on the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ability to deliver function-specific new hire and refresher content to groups and individuals covering a range of product, technical, operational, and soft skills areas within a specific function.
- Ability to develop with support from HR L&D and other stakeholders, agendas outlining key skills required with source content identified to support Bootcamps and large function specific learning programs.
- Ability to partner with HR L&D and other stakeholders to determine the best method of delivery to meet learning outcomes.
- Organizes and partners to create function/role specific learning materials; learner/facilitator manuals and course materials such as handouts, job aids and online materials.
- Executes training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
- Troubleshoots technical issues or seeks technical support in a timely manner to facilitate learning.
- Manages all learning logistics/resources for program i.e.: scheduling classes, scheduling learners, high proficiency with using online meeting/learning tools, break-out rooms (in-classroom or virtual), distribution of materials, and supplies.
- Manages a professionally structured class environment according to established policies and procedures i.e.: classroom management, attendance/tardiness issues, engagement of learners in an online environment.
- Establishes and ensures the auditing, reporting, maintenance and tracking of all training records.
- Determines overall effectiveness of programs and makes improvements based on results.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Essential
- 2-3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to lead by example and follow established guidelines/processes.
- Ability to manage relationships while learning new skills and meeting performance expectations across multiple organizations.

- Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service/interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
- Demonstrates teamwork, problem solving, engagement, and adaptability to change.
Desirable
- Two plus years of facilitation and learning logistics experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time with some direction.
- Intermediate knowledge of online learning processes and principles, facilitation skills, and classroom management.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Miro, Confluence and Jira experience desired.
- Ability to have a flexible work schedule to accommodate time differences due to global workforce.
