Our proprietary REAP (rapid extracellular antigen profiling) technology and analytics platform enable the discovery of the functional immune interactions that drive health and disease. We were founded in 2020 by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center professor and serial academic entrepreneur Aaron Ring. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform production REAP immune profiling experiments at scale
  • Plan and execute experiments encompassing a wide variety of techniques:
    • Yeast culture, antibody purification, cloning, NGS-sequencing
    • Manage an inventory of patient samples
    • Contribute to laboratory operations, including organization, inventory, and ordering

Ideal Qualifications

  • B.S. or M.S. in biology, bioengineering, or another relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a biotechnology company
  • Experience with common molecular biology techniques:
    • PCR, nucleic acid purification, and protein purification
    • Experience with medium and high-throughput molecular biology workflows is a plus
    • Experience with cell culture, microbes (e coli or yeast), or phage
  • A working understanding of next-generation sequencing workflows
