We are looking for a Field Medical Affairs Depression Franchise Intern to join our Medical Affairs team!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Field Medical Directors on the execution of tactical plans in support of Medical Affairs strategy and execution, including Key Medical Expert initiatives, medical communications, and training projects

  • Collaborate with Field Medical Directors/MSL Congress Lead for support of planning for medical affairs coverage of scientific conferences

  • Support Medical Affairs Functional Planning Team meeting execution and documentation

  • Research scientific literature and competitive landscape for insights with strategic implications for Medical Affairs

  • Engage with cross-functional Medical Affairs team members, including publication and CME functions to support strategic and tactical plans

  • Support FMD/MSL in resource review and research for KOL engagement

  • Support SharePoint Site development and refinement

  • Support Field Training Lead with MSL training projects

  • Support Field Medical Excellence as needed

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be a graduate-level student pursuing either a PharmD, MD, DO, or DNP. Applicants must have completed at least 1 year of their graduate program.

  • Must be available full-time (40 hours/week) for a minimum of 12 weeks during the Summer months

  • Excellent leadership, oral, and written communication skills, teamwork, and professionalism

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well in teams, effectively manage projects, and present ideas clearly and concisely

  • Experience performing searches of medical and scientific literature

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint software

  • Familiarity with pharmacologic agents used in the management of depression beneficial
