Recruiting Coordinator
HR - Onit – Pune, Maharashtra, India – Full time
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Pune to provide recruitment support for our India operations. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic. The professional we seek must be a bright, creative problem solver and must have a passion for recruiting.

Role and responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to scale recruiting processes.
  • Schedule interviews through our ATS and utilize additional tools for scheduling and operations.
  • Coordinate pre-screening, in-person interviews, and logistics with candidates, recruiters, and managers.
  • Assist the recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the life cycle of the hiring process, including posting jobs, maintaining candidate status within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and closing the job posts.
  • Provide additional support to the recruiting team by reviewing, sourcing resumes, and assessing candidates’s qualifications.
  • Maintain ATS to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Administer online tests and provide the results to the hiring manager.
  • Update candidates status on the interview progress and ensure accurate updates in ATS.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to hiring, such as feedback follow-up and collecting the required documents from candidates.
  • Maintain weekly reports, capture minutes of the meetings, and attend the recruitment intake meetings.
Required Skills:
  • Experience of between 1 to 2 years as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR coordinator
  • Excellent analytical and inter personal skills.
  • Should be a people person with the passion for recruiting technical talent.
  • Quick learning ability with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player and should be able to work with diverse teams locally and globally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), and presentation skills with an attitude to getting things done.
Qualifications:
  • MBA - HR or equivalent post-graduate degree/diploma in Human Resource Management.
