Job Description

The External and Internal Communications Manager focuses on developing, planning, implementing and measuring external and internal messaging programs. The person in this role creates business plans and management communications ensuring the communication of products and services aligns with sales and business objective.

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Overseeing strategic planning, development and implementation of all messaging programs promoting business plan, manage communications and the company products.
  • Partners with management, business units, sales and outside agencies to unify messaging strategy.
  • Manage media placement decisions.
  • May work with outside agencies to build and execute a media strategy.
  • Function as editor for formal business communications
  • Design and implement measurements to analyze messaging program effectiveness and quantify revenue generated from programs.
  • Develop external and internal communications and work to match employee communications as well.

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Clear communicator both verbally and written
  • Ability to communicate to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is: $130,000-$150,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, level of the position, an individual’s skills, knowledge and abilities, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible for our discretionary bonus program and equity as part of the compensation package.
