Intellia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate with flow cytometry experience to join our growing team. The flow cytometry core at Intellia is key to advance many early and late stage projects. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to provide flow cytometric support for different teams across the organization. This position is highly collaborative and interactive across various teams.

About You:

Do you describe yourself as organized, curious, and detailed oriented? Our ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of industry experience, and hold a Bachelor's or Masters of Science degree in a life sciences major.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Assist users with technical aspects of flow cytometry-based projects including experimental design, data analysis, panel design and troubleshooting.

  • Provide cell sorting support for various teams across the organization.

  • Establish and maintain a thorough quality control/ quality assurance program

  • Develop and implement flow cytometry assay for use in R&D and Clinical Trials

  • Provide training and education for the facility users.

  • Draft and review technical documents, such as SOPs and protocols/reports

  • Communicate research and development findings with internal and external partners.

  • Support technology research and development

  • Demonstrated knowledge of polychromatic flow cytometry panels and data analysis (>8 color)

  • Cell sorting experience

  • Experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting flow cytometry experiments

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams

  • Ability to work well in a highly cross-functional team environment
