  • Work cross-functionally to guide drug discovery projects through different stage gates towards clinical development candidates
  • Explore approaches to utilize machine learning in drug discovery

About You

  • BS with 10+ years of experience, MS with 8+ years of experience or Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with 4+ years of industrial drug discovery experience
  • Demonstrated track record of advancing projects through different stages of drug discovery
  • High level of creativity and productivity towards solving synthetic problems
  • Working knowledge of drug discovery principles and techniques beyond medicinal chemistry
  • Experience managing scientific collaboration and CRO resources
  • Previous experience driving creative chemistry efforts towards project milestones
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams as synthetic chemistry leader
  • Experience with innovation and influence on projects through peer-reviewed publication and/or patent applications
