How you will help
You will work to define our real world data deliverables by having a deep understanding of our pharmaceutical and federal clients, creating automated scalable solutions from the largest repository of healthcare data available today. We will rely on you to define exceptional data products that solve complex challenges in real-world data capture, coverage, and linkability.
What you will do
• Ideate on new products by researching our current sales pipeline, staying current on industry trends, and speaking to customers (both internal and external)
• Draft technical requirements that ensure Data Product Engineering will execute your vision accurately
• Draft business requirements and training materials to educate our go-to-market teams
• Partner with Marketing to develop our client communication strategy
• Develop metrics to monitor the growth of our product suite and communicate your roadmap to our go-to-market teams
Required skills & experience
• 2+ years of experience in a life sciences company or healthcare services/consulting firm
• 5+ years of experience analyzing large real world data assets including medical claims, pharmacy claims, EMR, chargemaster, and laboratory data
• 5+ years of experience defining products and/or custom projects including business and technical requirements
• Advanced programming skills with experience in SQL
• Bachelors or higher in Epidemiology, Public Health, Informatics, or similar
• Exceptional attention to detail and extremely strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between 130,000 - 180,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
Hiring Locations
While HealthVerity does support remote work with quarterly travel to our Philadelphia headquarters, our strong preference is to hire team members in the areas below as well as approved states in the Eastern Time Zone. Expansion beyond these markets will occur only when necessary.
