GRAIL is seeking a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer to join the Bioinformatics and Data Science team. In this role, you will work with Scientists, Bioinformaticians, and Statisticians to develop bioinformatics data processing pipelines and scientific software for processing and analyzing molecular data. This software will be at the core of critical scientific and product development activities including training machine learning classifiers, analyzing experimental results, and processing data as part of GRAIL's diagnostic tests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong computer science background, with a passion for creating well-written, scalable, and robust software for sample processing pipelines in a regulated environment.

The estimated, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $150,000 - $176,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.

Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
