What you’ll be doing
As part of our Commercial function, this role is responsible for building out and executing the company’s foundational marketing strategy and scaling across multiple audiences and segments to attract a global base of customers and partners. This role will be both strategic and hands-on and this person will need to be passionate about our mission, excited to make an impact, and enjoy learning and collaborating with others. This is a very exciting time to join our company as this person will be responsible for building and scaling our marketing capabilities. In order to be a great fit for the role, you will need to be results oriented, and will be responsible for building and scaling the company’s marketing capabilities.
This role will be working in close collaboration with our colleagues in the UK, therefore we welcome applications from States from Central and Eastern time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing campaign creation, tracking, optimisation, and analysis
  • Operate both at a strategic level, leading long-term planning, and at a hands-on level to ensure that we reach as many potential consumers as possible
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to strategize and execute A/B funnel tests, deepening the team’s understanding of specific segments paths to conversion at various stages of marketing and product lifecycle and improving marketing ROI
  • Own tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs; create structure and process around marketing analytics
  • Be a subject matter expert on our segments; stay up-to-date on industry trends, segment shifts, and competitors in the space
  • Consistently explore new opportunities for innovation and testing via emerging tech, new vendors, and platforms; proactively deliver recommendations to management and the broader team.

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing within the global healthcare ecosystem in the payer/provider, pharma, and/or D2C spaces
  • Experienced with running high ROI targeted campaigns across multiple channels and audiences simultaneously within a dynamic and ever-changing business environment
  • A full-funnel channel practitioner well-versed in campaign strategy/development, messaging, customer segmentation and AB testing
  • Experience translating complex scientific/clinical data to promotional messaging
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree preferred

Desirable requirements

  • Experience launching products into one of the segments outlined above, specifically in the D2C space
  • Prior experience launching products as a standalone marketing function
  • Experience in the Genetics space
