Design, implement, and take ownership of select enterprise technology initiatives, infrastructure, integrations, software, and systems to ensure success of our business objectives
Develop and establish relevant metrics to drive continuous improvement of data, network and systems availability
Maintain network operations via Cisco Meraki gear, including troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate, and resolve wired/wireless network access and performance issues
Engineer sustainable solutions and integrations, using your toolbox of skills (enterprise experience, solutions engineering practices, and software engineering)
Work with 3rd-party vendors to establish relationships, procurement processes, and SLAs
Install and integrate new network hardware at sites/clinics located throughout the USA
Works closely with SecOps, TechOps, and DevOps on a variety of projects and operational initiatives
Keep quality, patient safety, and privacy a top priority in your deliverables
Good verbal and written communication skills
Performs other duties as assigned
5+ years experience in an enterprise engineer role
3+ year hands-on with network gear, operations/troubleshooting, and protocols
Honed your ability to rapidly learn new technologies and incorporate them into your toolbox
SaaS and Enterprise application and system administration experience (Okta, GSuite, JIRA, Zoom, 8x8, Kandji, etc.)
Familiarity with developer tools, shell scripting, database queries, and similar automation technologies
Experience in a network administrator role supporting a multi-site environment
Security technologies (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.)
Demonstrated excellence in organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking in a high paced environment
Continuously sought and embraced opportunities to build upon your skills and knowledge
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Available to work after hours and weekends as needed
Experience with architecting, developing, and maintaining API-based enterprise integrations (Okta, gSuite, Meraki, Okta, JIRA, etc.)
Knowledge of IAM technology, such as SAML, OpenID Connect, Okta, etc.
Security related certifications, such as CISSP and/or other professional certifications
Experience with Healthcare regulations, data, and applications
Experience working in a “scale-up” environment
Received a Bachelor's degree in CS/InfoSys, related field, or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated networking knowledge via Cisco and/or other professional certifications

Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Includes full range of body motion.
