Position Summary

This position is part of the Marketing Operations organization, who provides operational support to the Commercial organization, including Brand Teams and other key Commerical functions.

This position provides support and direction on the PRC process across major functional areas including: Brand teams, Patient Support, Market Access, Sales, Sales Training, Promotion Compliance, Legal Affairs, Medical Affairs and other OAPI partners.

The Promotional Review Committee (PRC) Manager works as a liaison between the PRC Champions and the Reviewers to manage all aspects of the the review process. The PRC Manager is responsible for working with their PRC Team(s) to prioritize materials, facilitate weekly live meetings, maintain document controls in the system, manage the review schedule, manage expedited reviews and escalate concerns including workload issues or time constraints. The PRC Manager is the main POC for the end-to-end PRC process and is accountable for knowing and following the PRC SOP at all times.

Manage the PRC process for assigned brand(s):

  • Manage the review of covered communications through the review process utilizing the online review system (VeevaVault PromoMats)

  • Conduct preliminary reviews of covered communications to ensure they meet the established criteria for PRC review

  • Active management of the review calendar to meet prioritization needs and submission deadlines

  • Facilitate weekly live PRC meetings; create and distribute agenda, capture consensus comments from the review team during live discussion

  • Ensure adherence to the expedited review process and advise Champions on deprioritization in support of the process

  • Lead prioritization meetings and send weekly communications to support alignment of submission expectations with Champions and Reviewers

Partner with Champions to advise on prioritization during high submission volume activities (e.g., sales meetings, label updates) and any additional project assistance as needed

Analyze key KPIs and prepare a monthly report to distribute to stakeholders, identifying key insights and opportunities for improvement

Conduct system and process training for Internal and External stakeholders new to the PRC process

Assist in interviewing and onboarding new members of the team, providing formal training on systems and process

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Education, and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2-5 years Pharmaceutical Experience

  • Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to work in a complex and cross-functional environment

  • Ability to work independently

  • Sound judgement and attention to detail

  • Experience with content management systems

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years experience with Promotional Review
