We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, US Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics in support of the anticipated launch of an investigational treatment for hypoparathyroidism currently under review by the FDA. You will play a critical role in the success of the US business and work alongside senior leadership to realize this success. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment and the ability to flex between strategic and tactical thinking. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in the launch of endocrinology products in the US.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and tactics for a launch product, collaborating with our global commercial colleagues.
  • Partner with sales and market access teams to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and resources to achieve goals established for the US Business Unit.
  • Oversee creation of compelling marketing and patient support material, working closely with our US commercial colleagues.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of key marketing tactics in rare disease and provide insightful recommendations to improve the overall brand experience.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, identify market research opportunities, and provide business updates and tactical recommendations to the commercial organization.
  • Lead Medical, Regulatory and Legal Review of all promotional material, ensuring a high level of collaboration.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies including advertising, digital marketing, etc.
