The Sr. Manager, US Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics for our pharmaceutical products. This role requires the ability to be both strategic and tactical, demonstrating strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. The Sr. Manager reports to Senior Director, US Marketing. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week working in the Princeton, NJ office and 2 days/week at home.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned products and brands, including positioning, messaging, budgeting, and ROI analysis
• Partner with sales team to develop effective sales tools, campaigns, and resources to drive revenue
• Oversee creation of all marketing materials including brochures, websites, social media, advertisements, etc.
• Develop and oversee the execution of key marketing tactics and provide recommendations to improve the overall branded experience
• Lead Medical, Regulatory and Legal Review of all promotional material, ensuring a high level of collaboration
• Manage relationships with external agencies including advertising, digital marketing, etc.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide business updates and tactical recommendations to the commercial organization
• Track and analyze marketing metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; identify opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate performance of channel strategies and tactics; providing recommendations based on insights
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 6+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably with brand management experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in core principles of brand management, including brand positioning, value proposition, segmentation, messaging, and investment optimization
• Strong analytical skills as well as a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and the ability to identify market trends that impact business goals
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interact with multiple audiences
• Experience leading projects with cross-functional partners, influence without authority and facilitate consensus-building
• Strong collaboration skills
Estimated Compensation: 165-180K/year
