Overview
- Reports to VP, Corporate Finance
- This function supports the continued maturation of the Strategic Finance function and optimization of our day-to-day and long term Corporate Finance processes
- Cross-Functional – Partnering with Strategy & Project Management (SPM), Corporate FP&A, Treasury, Business-Facing FP&A and other parts of the organization as needed
Job Duties & Sample Projects
Strategic Finance Initiatives
- Lead the financial aspects of M&A Modeling and Evaluation
- Support the buildout of Long Range Finance Strategic Planning Process
- Integrate Finance with Portfolio Strategy and Decisions
- Develop Financial Models to evaluate various Business Scenarios that may emerge in support of the company’s Vision 3x3 strategy
- Develop Financial Models to support decisions and recommendations for Capital and Investment projects
- Working with SPM on Long Range Resource Allocation (how do project resources ebb and flow based on Development Phase)
- Other activities, including external benchmarking, conducting industry research, evaluating different Financing Structures, etc.
Other Activities and Initiatives (examples, others will emerge over time)
- Continue to enhance a novel Forecasting approach we have implemented in the company (under the Beyond Budgeting framework)
- S&OP – Support identifying issues and merge interdependent processes such as Revenue Forecasting and Supply Chain planning to ensure we have the right balance of Supply and Demand
- Support Corporate Reporting Optimization, from Close to BOD Reporting, mainly around interdependencies with other functions (Financial Operations, Investor Relations, etc.)
- Identify other synergies and implement improvements between Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Communications functions
- Treasury initiatives, including ensuring we are managing cash optimally between currencies and holdings, evaluating and implementing hedging strategy
- Develop and write policy and process documents as needed
- Other Ad Hoc activities, such as support Close and Management Reportin
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or higher in finance or related field.
Minimum 6 years of industry experience, more preferred.

- Estimated Salary: $160,000-$180,000 DOE
