As an Extruder Operator, you will responsible for the operation of equipment in the processing area. This role is an integral player of the production process. Safety is our top priority and your work will ensure that our warehouse always remains a safe environment.

  • Safely produce quality products at the right rate and right time
  • Operate any and all processing equipment including extruder and slurry
  • Disassembling, reassembling and cleaning of equipment
  • Perform quality checks and equipment changeovers
  • Perform material handler functions such as trash, sanitation and inventory
  • Meet all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements when performing job duties


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or related fast paced environment


  • Must be open to working overtime and weekends. Must be open to 2nd shift.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.99 an hour to start. The pay progression plan follows: Introductory Stage 1 $22.71, Introductory Stage 2 $24.98, Bid Operator rate $33.85 when fully qualified. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
