Are you passionate about playing a pivotal role in consulting and supporting a Sales team to achieve collective success? Look no further! The Senior Analyst of Sales Operations is a vital member of the Nestlé Out-Of-Home Sales Enablement team, dedicated to empowering our Sales team to win, grow, and retain business. As a key consultant to Sales, you will proactively and reactively provide the necessary support and resources they need. We are excited to announce multiple openings for Senior Analysts of Sales Operations, with a specific focus on two distinct areas: Sales Communications and Deal Support. Join us in this impactful role and make a difference in driving sales excellence and customer satisfaction.

This role will be based in our Solon, Ohio office and report to the Senior Manager of Sales Training.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Advocates across multiple functions to meet the needs of team members, customers, and consumers.
  • Effectively communicates strategic plans and tactical initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness, self-starting attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritizes activities and identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Embraces agility and speed as crucial elements for success in securing deals, adapting quickly, and reprioritizing as necessary.
  • Utilizes consumer, customer, and team insights to enhance overall business strategy and outcomes.
  • Maintains a strong focus on the needs of Foodservice customers, operators, and consumers.
  • Identifies and presents business case rationale to influence process and resource prioritization.
  • Regularly reports on program impact and outcomes.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to achieve stakeholder objectives.
  • Participates in, and occasionally leads, projects as required.

Planning and Execution

  • Plans, executes, and continuously improves Sales programs to drive business growth and retention.
  • Develops high-profile presentations for both internal and external audiences, including executives.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Commercial Development, and Sales Training to maintain effective selling tools that enhance Sales efficiency and effectiveness. Represents Sales requirements to relevant teams.
  • For roles focused on Deal Support:
    • Executes and enhances Sales proposal processes, including RFPs and RFIs.
    • Sources, completes, and submits prioritized RFPs/RFIs aligned with business strategy.
    • Drives Customer Business Review, Joint Business Planning, and Sales Pitch programs.
    • Provides tactical support to Sales teams in winning, growing, and retaining business.
  • For roles focused on Sales Communication:
    • Maintains Sales enablement intranet sites.
    • Develops, executes, and continuously improves communication programs for cross-functional teams interacting with Sales organization.
    • Manages Sales sample program, including budget tracking and execution.

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications and/or related function
  • Execution of sales strategy and/or sales plans
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent level of Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI skills
  • Advanced beginner level of Sharepoint
  • Experience and understanding of Foodservice channels, preferred

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Possesses business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrates end-to-end thinking
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
