Process engineering intern will support the Pilot Plant Manager and Engineer to complete various process improvements and reliability projects in the wet processing area. Main area of focus will be CIP chemical optimization to improve sustainability at the site as well as supporting Quality to perform CIP validations.

Key Responsibilities:

• CIP Optimization – determine the optimal chemical usage levels for the pilot plant aseptic process.
• Standard operating procedures – Update SOP’s to reflect current practices.
• 5s – Work with pilot plant team to determine optimal organization of pilot plant tools and equipment.
• Assisting pilot plant process engineer and manager in day to day troubleshooting throughout the facility.
  

Experience

Current Undergrad/Grad in Engineering (chemical engineering preferred)

Areas of Study/Majors

Engineering (chemical engineering preferred)
