The primary role of the intern is to support the Maintenance team through Stockroom and failure mode analysis on equipment. The intern will work with the Maintenance Manager to evaluate our Stockroom processes and roll out the non-moving procedure for parts.

Also, the intern will for work on a failure mode analysis on two machine centers that we use on our Reverse osmosis water skid and work cross functionally with Pilot Plant and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Reliability - Develop a failure mode analysis (FMEA) on two key pieces of equipment’s for the Clean in Place Skid and Reverse Osmosis water Skid. This includes create Bill of Materials from analysis.
  • Stockroom – Develop the Non-Moving procedure which includes doing an analysis on the capital assets. This is a cross functional collaboration working with maintenance, Technical Competency Unit and Finance.

  • Self-starters who are result-oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
  • Excellent communicators (both written and verbal) who encourage others and excel in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced, environment
  • Strong organizational & planning skills

Areas of Study/Majors

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial preferred)
  • GPA of 3.00 and above
