POSITION SUMMARY:

Introducing Nestlé Purina’s new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory – just 30 miles east of Cincinnati. This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. Our passionate team in Williamsburg Township will work in an environment that values safety, the latest technology in manufacturing and a culture of learning. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating site training initiatives and objectives, including hourly and salaried workforce training. You will help to maintain the Education and Training (E&T) learning management systems data including the creation, data entry and management such as, but not limited to user profiles, structures, work-instructions, trouble-shoots, learning assignments, reporting and compliance records.

  • Collaborate with divisional factories and internal teams to coordinate onsite factory training.

  • Secure and schedule all necessary resources for new New Hire Orientation

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to manage learning tools and resource accuracy and integrity such as but not limited to: Work Instructions, Troubleshoots, Quizzes, Assessments/Validations, Training Checklists, Training Materials, Training Record Retention, and Compliance, etc.

  • Manage the Technical Training Center resources including room scheduling, supplies and equipment.
    Manage the distribution, collection and analysis of course evaluations in partnership with the Training Manager to evaluate trainings for employees at various levels (plant-wide, hourly, salaried, Team Leaders, etc.)

  • Facilitate job specific and compliance training in applicable areas as appropriate

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ years' administrative, project or training coordination experience

The approximate pay range for this position is $40,000 to $58,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
