Job Description

Nestlé USA is looking for a detail-oriented, curious, self-starter to join our recruitment team as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist. This opportunity will work with the team to ensure that recruiting programs are aligned with business priorities to hire the best talent and build robust talent networks for the largest food company in the world. You’ll help to develop solid relationships with business leaders and HR partners to drive innovative our recruiting strategy. This individual will be supporting high volume recruiting for hourly factory workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full life cycle recruitment of hourly factory associates for various locations across the network, with a primary focus in NY. • Provide on-site hiring support for walk-in interviews, interview days and hiring events on a weekly basis.
• Execute strategic sourcing plans for target locations by direct sourcing, database mining, networking, name generation, cold-calling, industry events, associations, online communities, external research and social marketing.

• Identify key behavioral and technical proficiencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around process and timeline.
• Partner with the Recruitment Marketing team to incorporate employer branding and social media tactics into the talent sourcing plans to coordinate targeted outreach to drive applicant flow.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote the Nestlé employment brand throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver recruiting process excellence by following internal policies and procedures, accurately tracking candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system and adhering to all significant compliance and legal requirements.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in high volume recruiting, talent sourcing, talent selection, Human Resources, or relevant field required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Highly organized and superior attention to detail is required.
• Ability to speak Spanish a strong plus.
• Exposure to recruiting components such as talent sourcing, interviewing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management.
• Experience using technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems (Success Factors a strong plus), sourcing channels, social media strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• May be asked to travel to locations on the east coast as needed.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $ 30/HR. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
