The Sr. Analyst Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Analyst will contribute to Nestlé Coffee Partners' long-term growth and profitability through support of strategic pricing initiatives, insights, and implementation.

As Sr. Analyst SRM, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of pricing strategies and the development of pricing insights to drive effective implementation and process integrity. Additional responsibilities include optimizing and executing go-to-market pricing strategies. You will oversee all pricing, spanning pricing terms and trade strategy, price increase review, seasonal and new item launch pricing, price list and playbook management.

The analyst must achieve fluency in databases and systems to perform detailed data analyses that will help the Pricing team make critical pricing decisions.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with Sales, Category and Finance teams, lead consumer-based pricing strategies and create long term profitable growth.
• Drive pricing and trade strategy, support, and monitor implementation, and evaluate performance on an ongoing basis, providing recommendations to improve pricing realization and implementation quality assurance and integrity.
• Monitor data and business results for insights of the business, competitors, and brands for early indications of business or market trends, provide proactive, data-backed recommendations to enhance opportunities or mitigate risks as required.
• Develop pricing recommendations (proposed prices and overall impact) based on analysis and understanding of implications to category portfolio, sales, finance, operations, supply chain, and overall business objectives.
• Present and facilitate discussion on Pricing recommendations to cross functional teams and contribute to Pricing Business Review with Senior Leaders.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years progressive responsibility in pricing, sales finance, category management or similar function.
• Experience in pricing strategy, finance, or business analysis
• Experience with data modeling and syndicated data.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor’s in mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred
• At least 2+ years progressive responsibility in pricing, sales finance, category management or similar function.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to formulate pricing strategies that enhance brand value for customers and connect with the overall strategy of the business.
• Solid analytical, quantitative, and financial modelling skills. Must effectively demonstrate ability to utilize data to deliver clear and succinct analysis and articulation of insights that drive towards actionable strategies and decisions.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes.
• Results-oriented with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion in a timely manner.
• Develops and leads the use of IRI, PTA, & TVD tools to analyze historical activity, category trends and industry pricing to make recommendations on pricing and promotional strategies to help drive business unit objectives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - comfortable communicating the complexities of pricing with across the organization.
• Computer skills: MS Windows, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience. Basic SQL programming, Visualization Software preferred.

The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000 to $125,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
