Our high-performing sales team is responsible for driving growth through best-in-class foodservice business practices with thought leadership, insights and analytics. This role will support our Nestle Premium Waters (PW) division, a category in Nestlé USA’s portfolio focused on elevating iconic brands including San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, and Perrier in the foodservice/on-premise channel with a focus on but not limited to hotels, restaurants, bars, Cafes and strategic local non-commercial partners. As part of the Premium Water Sales team, you will gain valuable experience by supporting key objectives focused on cultivating demand, equity, and elevating our premium waters. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual business plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives
Execute plans for assigned geography / account(s) that are aligned with Nestle Premium Waters and customer business objectives / strategies
Account Management skills which combine category, customer and consumer insights, leveraging our 4P tools and using effective selling / negotiation skills that deliver the expected business results
Develop business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders
Responsible and accountable to achieve agreed upon KPI's
Work cross-functionally with peer groups to share and leverage best practices and execute deals across shared territories
Collaborate with business partners to advocate on behalf of needs and close gaps (Field Sales, Supply Chain, Commercial Development, Customer Service, Finance and Agency Partners)
Manage existing and develop new hotel, restaurant, and bar partnerships
Execute national account plans for lodging/travel, chain restaurants, non-commercial businesses
Support Route to market team with trainings, program execution and distributor sales representative relationship building.

Qualifications:

4+ years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development and/or Category
Experience working within the CPG industry, wholesaler or beer, wine and spirits distributors and operators
Consistently delivers on KPIs / demonstrated success in previous roles
Strong execution skills
P&L experience
Problem solver, self-starter and good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Advanced Knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Field Sales, Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)
Advanced Knowledge of Customer Businesses, Category/ Channel/ Foodservice industry trends/insights and implications on our business
Ability to articulate business results with an understanding of how food service and retail compliment each other.

The approximate target compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $142,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
