Position Summary

As an Analyst Accounting, you will overview of manufacturing production coordinators while upholding material control and accurate inventories. You will analyze and improve inventory and process order variances and ensure adherence to operating standards. You will also coordinate, and lead month-end inventory and process order close procedures.

  • Develop processes and procedures to track material usage, material usage variances, and unknown losses
  • Lead task teams to identify root causes of over/under usages and resolve the issues
  • Manage the cycle count program for the plant
  • Conduct audits of the warehouse, plant floor, storeroom, and company store
  • Track, investigate, analyze, and report inventory and usage variances
  • Prepare and distribute reports as requested
  • Coordinate, audit and advise on all physical inventory procedures in each respective area

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in an accounting, finance, business, or related field.

2+ years’ experience in general accounting, cost accounting, inventory control, or a related field

The approximate pay range for this position is $64,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
